Resume

Are old fashion resumes really necessary? Yes and No! Yes for the simple fact that it helps a business get to know you and its a way for you to show the good qualities rather than the bad qualities of an employee. It is organized specifically for the employer to look at and make a decision on your future right away.

As for the reason of no, Google and various other search tools are implemented there to help a person already begin a resumes. This resume is one of social media. Anything that is put up on a social media page, comes back to the person posting it and is then transmitted to google and the world wide web. This type of resume is a tough one due to the fact that companies look at many and all posts posted by the employee, and if they determine that one picture of post doesnt make their company look good then they wont hire you.


This being said it is great to have social media, but one has to be smart about what is or is not posted.
