Earlier today in class we discussed the topic of social media marketing, and how that is being used in different ways to help promote or market a company/product. Being personally involved in the social media network, iv'e used many sites to help do this. One of those sites is called Mailchimp.com. This site is directly used to create an campaign about anything you want to get across to the audience. I've been creating emails for my dads company for the last year, and its a very effective way of spreading the word on a particular company or product.
Mailchimp.com is a simple way to create campaigns and articles for companies. The steps to creating a campaign on mailchimp.com are as goes,
Step 1- Create a profile
Step 2- Once a profile is created you can begin the campaign.
Step 3- Click campaign and decide what the subject is going to be called and who you're going to sent it to.
Step 4- Choose your template
Step 5- Now you are ready to begin your campaign, you can write whatever you wish to address in the topic and you can upload pictures to make it look more professional like a brochure.
Step 6- Once you have created your campaign, click on the send button and you are good to go.
